6. Photographic Documentation & Marketing Use

Before-and-after project photography may be used in our portfolio and marketing materials only after receiving your written approval. You may decline usage at any time without affecting your project.

7. Material Supplier & Vendor Data

Order details for materials, fixtures, and furnishings are shared with trusted suppliers solely to fulfill your project. Suppliers are contractually bound to protect this information and not use it for unrelated marketing.

8. Financial & Payment Information

Payment processing is handled through secure, encrypted third-party gateways. We do not store full card numbers or banking credentials on our servers. Invoices and transaction records are retained per standard accounting practice.

9. Permits & Regulatory Compliance Data

Property records, permit applications, and inspection documentation required for renovation compliance are submitted only to relevant municipal authorities and retained as part of your project file for warranty purposes.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Urban Residence Vibe for any renovation, design, or installation service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full. These terms apply to all projects from initial consultation through final handover.

2. Scope of Renovation Services

Our services include full home renovations, interior and exterior design, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, roofing, flooring, security installation, solar setup, and related craftsmanship. Each project's exact scope is defined in a separate written agreement.

3. Project Estimates & Quotations

All estimates provided are preliminary and based on the information available at consultation. Final quotations are issued after detailed site assessment, material selection, and design finalization. Quotes remain valid for thirty days from issue.

4. Design Approvals & Revisions

Each design phase — concept, schematic, and detailed drawing — requires your written approval before proceeding. Revisions beyond the agreed number of iterations may incur additional design fees, which will be communicated in advance.

5. Material Selection & Procurement

You approve all materials, finishes, and fixtures before ordering. If selected items become unavailable, we propose alternatives of comparable quality and value. Custom or imported materials may require extended lead times and non-refundable deposits.

6. Construction Timeline & Milestones

Project timelines are outlined in your contract and organized in milestones. While we strive to meet every deadline, factors beyond our control — such as supply delays, weather, or hidden structural issues — may affect the schedule and will be communicated promptly.

7. Payment Schedule & Terms

Payments are typically structured as an initial deposit, milestone-based installments, and a final payment upon handover. Late payments may pause work until settled. All fees, taxes, and surcharges are detailed transparently in your project contract.

8. Site Access & Preparation

You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the project site and to clear the work area of fragile or valuable items before construction begins. We take every care, but are not responsible for pre-existing damage or undisclosed hazards discovered during demolition.

9. Change Orders & Modifications

Any deviation from the agreed scope — whether additions, removals, or design changes — must be documented through a formal change order signed by both parties. Change orders may adjust both the project cost and timeline accordingly.

10. Warranties & Guarantees

We provide a two-year warranty on workmanship and a ten-year warranty on structural elements. Manufacturer warranties apply to installed appliances, fixtures, and materials. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized alterations.

11. Insurance & Liability

Urban Residence Vibe carries comprehensive general liability and workers' compensation insurance. We are responsible for our team and workmanship on site. Clients are advised to maintain their own homeowner's insurance throughout the renovation period.

12. Dispute Resolution & Cancellation

In the rare event of a disagreement, we commit to good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, mediation is the preferred path before any formal proceedings. Either party may cancel a project with written notice, subject to payment for work completed and materials ordered.
